On Sunday, Venezuelans will vote for their next president. President Hugo Chavez, who has been in power for 14 years, is facing his toughest challenge yet with opposition leader Henrique Capriles. Newshour spoke with Diana Negroponte, a nonresident Senior Fellow at The Brookings Institution on what the election means for Chavez and for Venezuela.
